All orders are posted via Royal Mail Second Class Service which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, but can take longer, especially at busier periods.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately, sale items, custom/personalised items are excluded from the returns policy, these are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
