Many of our sellers ship out to their buyers within 3 working days. Many sellers ship out quicker. However, orders made to order or personalised may take longer. Please do check with the seller prior to placing your order.
Please note that multiple orders from different sellers will arrive from different locations and in multiple parcels.
Please photograph and email images to the seller for any damage to parcels via a courier and please allow time for the seller to make their claim with their chosen courier.
Returns

We ask that any return requests are made within 14 days from receiving your order and please allow another 7 days for processing at the cost of the customer.
Personalised items, items made to order, perishable items or hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings are non-returnable.
